SISTIC's Idiotic Reply

I got a reply from Sistic regarding my complain.. this is wat they say...

We thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the experience encountered. Please allow us to clarify on the concerns mentioned in your email to us: Our ticketing system has been configured to select the best available seats based on a seating assignment algorithm with the price category at the point of purchase. This applies to all our ticketing sales channels(i.e. Hotline, Internet and through our Authorised Agents). However,over at our Authorised Agents, we would try to offer a certain degree of flexibility if requested , and allow our customers to indicate their preferred sections subjected to availability. With that in view, we do agree that this should be exercised at the staff's discretion and should minimise the waiting time for other customers who are in the queue. Please be assured that we have since forwarded your feedback to BishanJunction 8's management for their attention in the matter and the staff will be coached accordingly.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience that was caused and we seek your kind understanding in the matter.

Wat rubbish! Full of shits! Never even solve the problem!! Got sent like never sent! As if i dun know y i complain lor.. the reply is juz telling me wat i already know lor.. stupid! Wat the FUCK!! So it actually tell us that if u wan better treatment DUN buy online and be a sucker! cos u still have to queue anyway! Like giving me a tight slap on the face!(who ask u wan to buy online??!!) KAN NI NEI..~ FUCK SISTIC! They can juz shut the fucking website down!
